ASKYURSELF, founded by Chris Neu in 2012, is a contemporary streetwear brand that blends classic minimalism with diverse silhouettes to create high-quality, handmade garments.
What types of products does ASKYURSELF offer?ASKYURSELF offers a range of streetwear including jackets, trousers, and knitwear, all characterized by their unique fits, signature nostalgic details and high-quality craftsmanship, made in Europe.
How can I stay up to date on all events and product launches?Please sign up to our newsletter in order to stay up to date and receive exclusive early access to product launches and sales events, as well as more info on the products and event notifications.
Does ASKYURSELF offer free shipping?Yes, ASKYURSELF provides free shipping on orders over 200€.
How long does shipping take?Fulfillment takes around 24h, after that shipping times are inside of the EU, on average 3 days, outside of the EU 3-5 days. Express can be purchased additionally for a faster delivery.
How do I return products and how long does it take to process?
You have a window of 30 days (starting with the receive of your package) to return the goods. Please make sure to follow the steps outlined in our returns portal for a successful return. Once we have received your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-12 business days. You will be notified via email to the address on your account. Please note that your bank institution/pay pal may require additional days to process/unblock the amount once they have received the information from us. You are responsible for all shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that have been charged. Additional you also have to cover the cost of returning the package to askyurself to the address given in the legal information. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Do I have to pay tax as an international customer outside the EU?
Customers outside of the EU do not pay any sales tax (VAT) to us, so 19% will be taken off the price as displayed on product page. However, there is a possibility that your local customs will impose taxes and custom duties in accordance to your countries regulations. Please note that ASKYURSELF is not responsible for custom fees or taxes in your country.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you want so refuse a shipment from askyurself, you are responsible for all shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that have been charged. Additional you also have to cover the cost of returning the package to askyurself to the address given in the legal information. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Is this site secure?
Any personal information given to askyurself.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. We will secure your personal information. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, askyurself does not store your credit card information at any time.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
How to use coupon codes?
Once you add an item to your cart, enter the coupon code before checkout and click apply. When the code you've entered is valid, the coupon discount will adjust your order total and will be subtracted of the total cost. If you're having problems entering a coupon code, please contact us. Please notice that personal codes (non commercial) are valid one time and promotion codes during the promotion period. Promotion codes can be used one time on every order during the promotion period. The shipping costs will not be included. Personalized coupon codes are valid 12 months and are transferable. All codes are just valid on askyurself.com.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse/logistics center in Germany. Please consult our shipment policy for more details - askyurself or carrier cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered in the transaction. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our service department support@askyurself.com.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right after you did your order. Usually orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after we received payment. Once your order has processed we will be unable to make any changes.
